This documentary of Holland’s liberation features re-enactment as well as original footage including some rare shots in colour from WWII. This film recognizes the efforts of the nurses, doctors, soldiers and Dutch civilians who went through this historic time. Told by Canadian veterans, the friendship between Canada and the Netherlands is shown. Acknowledgements of those soldiers, both Canadian and Dutch, who did not live to see Holland liberated.
